Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that balances brand storytelling with e-commerce performance goals.
  • Manage the content calendar across channels: website, e-commerce platforms, social media, newsletters, and paid campaigns.
  • Create and optimize content for conversion and engagement, including product listings, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video creators to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Work closely with paid media, SEO, and growth teams to ensure content supports traffic, engagement, and revenue KPIs.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, identify insights, and optimize content for ROI.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats (interactive, video, gamified content) to engage users and drive sales.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content, or digital storytelling roles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to persuade and convert online audiences.
  • Experience managing multi-channel content operations (website, social, email, paid campaigns).
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in SEO, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Preferred

  • Bonus: experience in publishing, creative products, luxury, or lifestyle e-commerce.
