Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content engine for a high-output startup function, driving multi-format content from blog to executive thought leadership and customer stories.

  • Content calendar and cross-functional publishing: plan, schedule, and coordinate across stakeholders to hit cadence
  • AI-assisted workflows and CMS discipline: scale production while maintaining quality and SEO alignment
  • Cross-functional storytelling: partner with product, PR, and demand to shape messaging and launches

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the content calendar end-to-end: planning, scheduling, and coordinating across stakeholders to maintain a consistent publishing cadence
  • Write and manage blog content spanning product education, thought leadership, and industry commentary
  • Develop customer stories and case studies that translate real-world outcomes into compelling narratives
  • Draft and refine executive thought leadership content including LinkedIn posts and speaking abstracts
  • Support PR efforts and coordinate with media contacts for coverage, contributed articles, and announcements
  • Manage and update website copy to ensure messaging accuracy and freshness across all pages
  • Develop content for webinars including abstracts, scripts, landing pages, and follow-up assets
  • Build and operationalize AI-assisted content production workflows to increase output without sacrificing quality

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related role at a startup where you've built or significantly scaled a content function
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to craft clear, compelling content across a wide range of formats and audiences
  • Experience supporting PR activities including press releases and media coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work cross-functional and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI writing and productivity tools
  • Must be located in the United States; this is a remote role open to candidates across all U.S. time zones

Preferred

  • Experience at an AI, SaaS, data analytics, or developer-focused technology company
  • Exposure to product marketing concepts including messaging frameworks, personas, launch support
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and web content management
  • Experience producing or supporting webinar programs
  • Ambition to grow into a full product marketing role over time
