Job Summary

Own lightweight content and growth experiments to accelerate LandedHQ’s social presence and brand voice, focusing on video and written formats that build an audience of students and recruiters.

Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize social presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Content Engine: Produce short-form video and copy that highlights wins and recruiting insights, shaping the brand voice.
Experiments & Growth: Run rapid tests, learn from outcomes, and scale what works.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and grow our presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Create short-form video content featuring real student wins and recruiting insights
Write copy for emails, landing pages, and campaigns
Run growth experiments, test fast, learn fast, scale what works
Help shape the voice and brand identity of LandedHQ as we grow

Requirements

Strong writer and communicator who understands what makes content perform
Good eye for what resonates on social, you spend time on these platforms and you get it
Independent and scrappy, you figure things out without being told twice
Any major welcome, we care about drive, not your degree
20 hrs/week, fully remote

Preferred

Bonus: experience with video editing, Canva, or content tools
