Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content during treatments.
  • Film engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Take professional before and after photographs.
  • Capture client testimonials and treatment journeys.
  • Organise all content into Google Drive for our editing team.
  • Assist with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content.
  • Plan and suggest creative content ideas.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and content days.
  • Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Assist with influencer outreach and marketing projects.

Requirements

  • Previous content creation experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • A portfolio or examples of your work must be submitted with your application.
  • Must be confident filming high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Must be proficient in CapCut Pro.
  • Must own an iPhone capable of filming high-quality content.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
  • Excellent eye for photography, videography, lighting, angles and composition.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and use initiative without constant direction.
  • Professional, confident and comfortable working with clients.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a medical aesthetics, beauty or wellness environment.
  • Experience using a DSLR camera.
  • Experience using Mailchimp, or willingness to learn.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Basic photo editing skills.
