AI-powered editorial impact: own end-to-end content from research to publishing and optimize for organic and AI search, while turning expert knowledge into accessible material.

Editorial: end-to-end ownership from research through publish for organic and AI search rankings.
Knowledge extraction and accessibility: partner with attorneys to translate expertise for general audiences and ghostwrite on LinkedIn; repurpose to posts, emails, and clips.
AI workflows and analytics: build scalable drafting pipelines, repurpose long-form into multiple formats, own rankings, referrals, and conversion signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own an editorial vertical end-to-end: research, draft, and ship long-form articles, explainers, FAQ hubs, and landing pages that rank in organic and AI search
Partner with our attorneys to extract expertise and make it accessible to a general audience
Support webinar content: speaker prep, talking points, follow-up recaps, and repurposed clips
Build AI workflows to scale research, drafting, and content variants
Repackage long-form into LinkedIn posts/carousels, email sequences, and short clips
Ghostwrite for our attorneys on LinkedIn in a voice that's recognizably Manifest
Partner with newsletter editors on segmentation and conversion
Own the metrics: organic rankings, social referral traffic, newsletter conversions, AI search citations, and attributable consults

Requirements

3+ years writing in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, legal, or similar)
Comfortable extracting knowledge from subject-matter experts
Building AI-powered workflows
Owning distribution as much as creation
