Responsibilities

• Monitor website, email, social media, and marketing analytics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organize monthly performance reports.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on performance data.
• Present actionable recommendations to improve marketing results.
• Assist in developing monthly and quarterly branding and marketing strategies.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity.
• Brainstorm new campaign ideas and audience growth strategies.
• Help identify new opportunities for content and brand visibility.
• Write two SEO-optimized blog posts each week.
• Conduct keyword research to improve blog visibility.

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, analytics, and travel.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pinterest, Squarespace, Canva, Mailchimp, or SEO tools is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable researching trends and making strategic recommendations.
