Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor website, email, social media, and marketing analytics.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and organize monthly performance reports.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on performance data.
Present actionable recommendations to improve marketing results.
Assist in developing monthly and quarterly branding and marketing strategies.
Research industry trends and competitor activity.
Brainstorm new campaign ideas and audience growth strategies.
Help identify new opportunities for content and brand visibility.
Write two SEO-optimized blog posts each week.
Conduct keyword research to improve blog visibility.

Requirements

Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Interest in digital marketing, branding, analytics, and travel.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines independently.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Pinterest, Squarespace, Canva, Mailchimp, or SEO tools is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable researching trends and making strategic recommendations.
