Job Summary
Own end-to-end short-form and multi-platform content production, turning concepts into publish-ready video and written assets that engage audiences across multiple brands.
- Content production & editing: craft and publish content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn with platform-first optimization.
- Campaign storytelling & collaboration: develop branded storytelling campaigns and coordinate with producers, designers, talent, and stakeholders to execute creative campaigns.
- Workflow leadership: manage editorial calendars, post-production pipelines, and multi-brand pipelines under tight deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish both short & long-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Edit compelling video content with strong hooks, pacing, retention strategy, and platform optimization
- Develop branded storytelling campaigns across commercial, documentary, and social formats
- Write marketing copy, social captions, scripts, and SEO-driven content
- Coordinate editorial calendars and maintain publishing cadence across multiple client brands
- Manage post-production workflows including motion graphics, audio cleanup, and exports
- Collaborate with producers, designers, talent, and stakeholders to execute creative campaigns
- Assist with production logistics, concept ideation, and shoot coordination
- 3+ years of content production and editing experience
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro experience
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut
- Education: Bachelor Degree Required
- Experience managing multi-brand content pipelines under tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of short-form content performance and audience retention
- Comfortable translating complex topics into engaging, accessible content
- Strong organizational and project management skills
