Responsibilities

• Manage, train, lead, and support content strategists
• Manage our team of freelance content creators and vendors to improve turnaround time and content quality
• Ensure all monthly content deliverables are fulfilled
• Ensure all content is driving positive and meaningful results for our clients
• Fix inefficiencies within the department to increase bandwidth and scalability
• Research, build out, and improve content services to increase sales and ROI
• Research, test, and establish procedures for integrating content with other services throughout the agency
• Improve client retention within the content department
• Understand and utilize content strategy, digital marketing, and UX best practices
• Establish and accomplish both short- and long-term goals for the department

Preferred

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Content strategy: 5 years (Preferred)
• Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
