Job Summary

Own multi-channel content strategy and execution to engage museum audiences, helping the brand, audience growth, and campaigns perform better across web, social, and email.

  • Content Production & Channels: Build and manage website, blog, social, and email content that aligns with audience needs and brand voice.
  • Editorial & Collaboration: Maintain the editorial calendar and coordinate with creators to hit deadlines while ensuring quality.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track performance and refine content strategies with data-driven insights in partnership with Marketing leadership.

Job Description

Own and orchestrate multi-channel content that engages diverse museum audiences, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and earned revenue through strategic planning, production, and measurement.

  • Content Production: Create and manage website, blog, social, email, print collateral, magazines, and ads that resonate with key audiences.
  • Editorial Planning: Operate editorial calendar for owned communications including social posts, newsletters, website updates, press releases, and events.
  • Channel Management: Oversee digital hubs such as social channels, e-newsletters, and top-tier museum website sections.
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Implement multi-channel plans to meet campaign goals and broader business objectives.
  • Collaboration & Timelines: Work with content creators and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor content performance with analytics and refine strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Technology & Best Practices: Explore new marketing tech and stay current with industry best practices through programs and communities.
  • Editing & SEO: Edit and optimize content for impact, audience needs, and search visibility when needed.
  • Brand Stewardship: Help maintain brand voice and standards across all content.
