Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies, creative concepts, and trending topic plans
Write scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
Film high-quality organic and scripted content (in-office, on-site, and during travel)
Edit professional-level video content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules
Publish content and support ongoing social media management
Maintain a consistent brand voice, quality, and engagement standards

Requirements

Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
Experience managing and posting content across social media platforms
Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and engagement strategies
Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
Strong organisational and time management skills
Local candidates required

Preferred

Experience working with founders, executives, or personal brands
Proven track record growing social media accounts organically
