Drive short-form content creation across multiple platforms for an ice cream catering brand, with travel to multiple locations and real-time filming.

Own weekly content plan and 4–6 videos per week across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Must-have: portfolio or social media examples and editing tools experience
Standout: Multi-location filming and community storytelling to boost store traffic

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and execute a weekly content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Identify trends, create concepts, and consistently produce engaging content that will drive traffic to our shops and catering
Turn everyday shop activity into high-performing videos
Travel between locations to film content regularly
Capture:
Customer reactions
Team culture & behind-the-scenes
Product shots (scoops, toppings, specials)
Create 4-6 short-form videos per week
Interview guests/customers, team members, and managers

Requirements

Must submit a portfolio or social media examples
Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
