Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a weekly content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Identify trends, create concepts, and consistently produce engaging content that will drive traffic to our shops and catering
- Turn everyday shop activity into high-performing videos
- Travel between locations to film content regularly
- Capture: Customer reactions
- Team culture & behind-the-scenes
- Product shots (scoops, toppings, specials)
- Create 4-6 short-form videos per week
- Interview guests/customers, team members, and managers
- Capture authentic, unscripted moments
Requirements
- Must submit a portfolio or social media examples
- Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Preferred
- Proven experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
- Strong ability to film, edit, and publish independently
- Comfortable talking to and filming customers and team members
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of what performs online
- Willingness to travel between shop locations
- Flexible schedule -- weekends and events are required
- Organized, self-driven, and consistent
