Job Summary

Own asset and content management for English language learning and assessment with a sharp eye on IP, accessibility, and cross-functional delivery.

  • Content and Asset Management: coordinate storage, tagging, access, and version control with Learning Designers, Content Creation teams, and product managers.
  • IP and compliance: monitor licenses, contractor terms, and usage rights while ensuring inclusive and accessible asset selection.
  • Project and stakeholder delivery: track schedules, budgets, and resourcing; maintain strong supplier and internal-team relationships.

Job Description

Oversee content and asset management for English language learning and assessment products, ensuring IP compliance, accessibility, and efficient internal delivery.
  • Content and Asset Management: Works with Learning Designers, Content Creation teams, and product managers to store, retrieve, and version assets securely for English language learning and assessment products.
  • Asset tagging and access: Applies metatags, uses approved storage platforms, and manages access to maximise security and minimise IP risk.
  • Third-party asset procurement: Supports procurement and contracting of asset suppliers and ensures usage complies with contract terms.
  • Asset delivery to internal customers: Supplies assets to internal stakeholders for various use cases.
  • Asset health and security: Monitors assessment items to adhere to minimum health and security standards.
  • IP best practices: Works with Asset Manager to promote IP best practices in the E&E business.
  • Diversity and accessibility: Ensures assets reflect equality, diversity, and accessibility requirements where applicable.
  • Project and commercial management: Uses tools and processes to support best practice around content and asset storage and usage.
  • Project monitoring and resourcing: Monitors schedules, budgets, forecasts, and staffing for asset-related projects.
  • Stakeholder communication: Maintains regular communication with colleagues and external suppliers to support delivery.
