Content Development

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content strategies for Roarke Regenerative’s digital and print channels.
• Draft and edit articles, social media posts, newsletters, and educational materials that align with the organization’s mission and brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, highlight project impact, and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and communications.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and support fundraising, outreach, and partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Content Development and Content Strategy for mission-driven organizations or comparable fields.
• Strong Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in Research, including sourcing, verifying, and synthesizing information related to environmental and nonprofit work.
• Familiarity with digital communication channels, such as websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in content planning, drafting, and editing.
• Interest or background in environmental science, sustainability, climate action, or nonprofit advocacy is highly beneficial.
• Relevant academic background or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Environmental Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
