  • Ownership: Proactive ideation and quick content turnarounds across several accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with a strong sense of pacing, humor, and trends
  • Create and format static images, memes, and graphics for social platforms
  • Assist Brand Managers with content ideation and execution
  • Help source, organize, and prep content for posting
  • Stay on top of social trends, sounds, and formats while proactively pitching ideas
  • Support day-to-day content needs across multiple brand accounts
  • Light copywriting (captions, on-screen text, simple concepts)
  • Assist with content scheduling and organization workflows

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of internet culture, memes, and social media trends
  • Experience editing video (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar)
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
  • A good sense of humor and understanding of what makes content “hit”
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt to feedback
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple projects
  • Self-starter who can take initiative but also collaborate with a team
  • Being eligible to receive school credit is a requirement for this internship
