Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and produce content focused on dating, relationships, and human behavior
Translate real user experiences into engaging, relatable narratives
Help shape and personify the voice of our AI (Cupid) in a way that builds trust with users
Establish repeatable content formats that drive consistent engagement and growth
Serve as the on-camera presence for Dataing across short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)

Requirements

Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence and understanding of modern dating dynamics
Ability to create content that feels authentic, not overly produced or promotional
Clear sense of taste and judgment in content creation

Preferred

Experience growing a personal or brand presence on social platforms
Background in content creation, storytelling, or behavioral psychology
