Responsibilities

• Concept, plan, shoot, edit, and design social content.
• Turn briefs, trends, and insights into creative concepts.
• Develop authentic brand stories tailored to different platforms.
• Create both rapid-turn social content and polished campaign work.
• Monitor cultural trends and online conversations.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and marketing teams.
• Work with media and strategy teams to analyze content performance.
• Use performance insights to continuously improve creative output.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies, including AI.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience creating engaging brand content for social media.
• Strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok content creation and trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience and interest in using AI tools for creative workflows.
• Strong layout design and photo art-direction skills.
• Hands-on content creation and production mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience both behind and in front of the camera.
• Ability to direct talent and appear on screen when needed.
• Creative agency experience.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and using performance data to improve content.
