Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content & Video Strategy: Help build marketing and content strategy.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short and mid-form video.
  • Channel Growth: Grow X and LinkedIn accounts.
  • On-site Residency Documentation: Spend time inside our residency to document whats happening: the people, the energy, the milestones, our guests.
  • Founder & Team Footage: Follow founders and the team in SF (and sometimes Europe) to document what they’re building.
  • Asset Creation: Work primarily in video, and create supporting assets when needed (photos, simple graphics, thumbnails, copy and titles).

Requirements

  • Agency & hustle. We won’t be able to give you a ton of guidance nor a framework, so’ll need to operate like a founder. You’ll need to have the vision, drive and execution skills to get this off the ground.
  • Creativity & taste. Come up with strong ideas, which have both growth potential but also resonate with the very best founders in the world.
  • Strong social growth instincts (preferably X). Ideally, you’ve grown an X account before and know the tips and tricks.
  • Know how to create, shoot, and edit video content. The exact tools you use do not matter as long as you can learn fast.
  • Fast learner. We don’t care about how much time you’ve been doing this, all we care about is how fast you learn.
  • Startup / tech world understanding. Ideally, you get the founder mindset, respect the craft of building and want to spend time in the tech world.
