Responsibilities

• Concept, write, and direct campaigns rooted in client briefs and creative strategy
• Create mood boards, scripts, and decks to communicate and pitch ideas
• Lead projects through pitch, production, and final delivery
• Collaborate across production, strategy, design, and post
• Present work clearly and confidently to director-level stakeholders
• Support editing workflows when needed
• Integrate content KPIs into creative development

Requirements

• 5–7 years in a creative role within advertising, branded content, or production
• A strong portfolio showcasing writing/directing in multiple formats (digital, social, broadcast)
• Deep knowledge of production and post workflows
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• You deliver quality work with professionalism and consistency
• You thrive on solving creative and workflow challenges
• Creative: You ideate from scratch and work from briefs with ease
• You collaborate fluidly across disciplines and teams
• You clearly defend your work to internal and external partners
• You understand production gear and logistics

Preferred

• You can lead a story through post with a sharp editorial eye
