Responsibilities

• Visit the client\'s gyms 1–2 times per week to capture social media content
• Spend approximately 1–2 hours per shoot
• Film short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Capture high-energy footage of workouts, coaches, members, classes, and the overall gym environment
• Capture both planned content and authentic moments happening during classes
• Follow provided shot lists while also identifying additional content opportunities
• Film primarily on an iPhone or smartphone
• Capture a mix of workout footage, coaching moments, member interactions, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and lifestyle footage
• Coordinate your filming schedule with the client each week
• Upload and organize footage after each shoot

Requirements

• Flexible and able to accommodate changing filming schedules
• Reliable and consistently available for scheduled shoots
• Comfortable filming on an iPhone or smartphone
• Strong understanding of short-form social media content
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Reels
• Strong eye for movement, action, and visually engaging fitness content
• Comfortable filming in an active gym environment
• Able to capture natural, authentic moments without disrupting workouts
• Comfortable following a shot list while also bringing creative ideas to the table
• Organized and responsible with footage

Preferred

• Professional camera experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience creating fitness, CrossFit, sports, wellness, or lifestyle content is a plus
