Job Description
- Develop creative, engaging, and original content that aligns with the company’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and business objectives.
- Create written, visual, and video content for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, internal communications, and company events.
- Produce short-form video content, employee spotlights, recruiting campaigns, branch highlights, client success stories, community involvement features, and other brand-focused content.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, campaign messaging, and other marketing content.
- Capture and edit photography and video content for use across digital platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
- Identify opportunities to creatively showcase company culture, employees, services, clients, candidates, and community partnerships.
- Manage and support the company’s presence across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms.
