Job Summary

Own the execution of short-form content for Alonso Aesthetics, turning clinical days and treatments into engaging, on-brand social content that drives audience growth and brand trust.

  • Content Production: Film behind-the-scenes and educational videos, edit Reels/TikToks, create captions and hooks, and capture B-roll during clinic days.
  • Brand Cohesion & Trend Hacking: Maintain a luxury aesthetic across posts, stay on-trend with platform formats, and plan content to support recurring posting schedules.

Job Description

  • Film behind-the-scenes content, treatments, office lifestyle content, and educational videos
  • Edit Instagram Reels/TikToks
  • Assist with content planning and social media strategy
  • Create engaging captions and trending hooks
  • Schedule and post content consistently
  • Help maintain a cohesive luxury/clean aesthetic brand image
  • Capture photography and B-roll content during clinic days
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and viral content styles
  • Experience creating/editing short-form video content
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva/CapCut/Adobe apps
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and branding
  • Comfortable filming in a clinical/medspa environment
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Bonus if you have experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or wellness industries
