Ideate, create, and edit short-form content for IG and FB, with a focus on intentional, brand-aligned storytelling, luxury graphics
Capture content on-site at The Loft 3 days per week
Stay current on beauty, salon, and lifestyle trends
Curate inspiration from leading salons nationwide and internationally
Develop repeatable content formats for organic growth and paid ads
Video – Film and edit short-form Reels, TikToks, and Shorts — primarily in CapCut, with Adobe Premiere a strong plus
Turn quiet salon moments into compelling, watchable content
Create paid ad-ready video: talking-head, voiceover, or atmosphere-driven formats
Graphic Design – Produce polished graphics in Canva and/or Adobe
Support IG Stories, promotional assets, and brand visuals
Work within a defined brand guide with strong aesthetic instincts
Creative Direction – Bring original ideas — formats, series, moments worth capturing
Curate inspiration from leading salons and luxury lifestyle brands
Contribute to paid ad concepts with platform-native thinking
