Job Summary

Build the brand’s social presence by creating and editing automotive-focused content, from shop footage to short-form videos, while actively engaging with a growing community and testing fresh ideas on camera.

  • Content Production: Capture and edit daily shop activity into short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with captions and consistent posting across platforms.
  • Community & Brand Voice: Respond to comments/DMs and foster follower engagement to grow the channel.
  • Ideation & Media Support: Brainstorm trends in the automotive space and provide occasional photography for listings and website assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Film daily shop activity — repairs, diagnostics, before/after transformations
  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Write captions and post consistently across platforms
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/DMs
  • Brainstorm content ideas and trends relevant to the automotive space
  • Occasionally assist with photography for Google listings and the website

Requirements

  • Comfortable on camera and behind the camera
  • Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Active on TikTok and/or Instagram — you understand what performs
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Interest in cars is a big plus — passion for the space comes through on camera
  • Portfolio or examples of past content required
