Content Creation: Own the end-to-end pipeline from concept to shot lists and delivery for social platforms.
Campaign & Launch Support: Collaborate with leadership on launches, pop-ups, seasonal promos, and timely campaigns.
Trend Ownership: Monitor culture and viral formats to inform editing style and creative direction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
Shooting & Visuals: Capturing food, drinks, ambiance, staff culture, and events in a visually compelling way
Trend & Culture Monitoring: Staying ahead of social media trends, viral audios, editing styles, and cultural moments
Campaign Ideation: Brainstorming and executing creative campaigns independently
Content Planning: Organizing and planning content shoots efficiently
Editing & Quality: Editing content quickly while maintaining strong quality and brand consistency
Launch Support: Working closely with senior management to support launches, pop-ups, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Delivery & Calendar: Managing content calendars and ensuring deliverables are completed on time

Requirements

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current digital trends
Someone highly self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure
Creative thinker with strong execution skills
Familiar with pop culture, aesthetics, hospitality trends, and what performs online
Comfortable filming in fast-paced restaurant environments
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing platforms
Strong communication and time management skills
Hospitality or food content experience is a major plus
