Job Summary

Own the workflow for short form video and social content with fast editing, scheduling, and trend-driven ideation for a Hispanic/Latino audience.

  • Content creation workflow: record, edit, and publish Reels/TikToks across platforms.
  • Creative planning: brainstorm ideas, track trends, and organize content calendars.
  • Audience fit: tailor content for Latino viewers in the Rio Grande Valley, bilingual preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record content (Reels, Stories, TikToks), edit short-form videos, and upload/schedule content.
  • Help brainstorm creative ideas and trends and assist with content planning and organization.

Requirements

  • Experience editing Reels/TikToks
  • Familiar with social media trends
  • Creative mindset and strong organization
  • Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar editing apps
  • Must be local to McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, or surrounding areas

Preferred

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Comfortable creating content for a Hispanic/Latino audience
