Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok
• Produce content primarily on iPhone with a strong understanding of platform-native formats
• Develop ideas rooted in product, styling, and menswear culture
• Execute quickly and consistently, with a focus on what performs
• Manage and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
• Play a key role in launching and growing our TikTok channel
• Maintain a consistent cadence of content, evolving as we scale
• Concept social-first video ideas ahead of seasonal shoots
• Capture content on set alongside the Creative Director
• Ensure we leave with a strong library of usable, high-performing content

Requirements

• 3+ years creating social content (for a brand or personally)
• portfolio that demonstrates results
• Demonstrated ability to concept, shoot, and edit content that performs on TikTok and/or Instagram
• Deep familiarity with social trends, formats, and pacing
• Strong creative instincts, taste level, and a clear point of view
• Comfortable shooting on iPhone in a fast-paced content environment
• Ability to generate ideas consistently and execute at a high level
• Strong interest in menswear, styling, and fashion culture

Preferred

• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Basic design skills for stories or simple graphics
• Examples of content that has driven strong engagement or growth
