Own bilingual, culturally anchored content creation across social channels from concept to publish, with on-site coverage and real-time trend adaptation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short- and long-form content (video, photo, static, and interactive) across platforms
  • Produce platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X, optimized for each channel
  • Edit video and photo assets in-house with a fast, resourceful, do-it-yourself approach
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and quality standard across all content
  • Create authentic English- and Spanish-language content that reflects deep understanding of Mexican cuisine, food traditions, and Hispanic/Latino culture
  • Translate cultural moments, holidays, and consumer occasions into timely, relevant content
  • Identify platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm shifts and quickly turn them into content
  • Support community management — responding to, engaging with, and participating in conversation in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with content scheduling and publishing against the digital content calendar
  • Travel to markets, events, and brand activations to capture real-time photo and video content

Requirements

  • ed3+ years of hands-on content creation, social media, or digital production experience
  • Strong video production and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
  • Photography and photo-editing capability
  • Platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X, including native creation tools and best practices
  • Hands-on proficiency with leading AI content-creation tools — generative image, video, and copy tools — to accelerate ideation, production, and editing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal); Spanish fluency is a business necessity for creating content for the brand’s core consumer base
  • Deep cultural fluency with Hispanic and Latino consumers and authentic knowledge of Mexican cuisine and food tradition
  • A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating original, brand-building content
  • Currently residing in Texas — Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio preferred — and able to work on a hybrid schedule based out of Dallas, TX
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (including, but not limited to, H-1B) or employment-based permanent residence (green card) sponsorship now or in the future
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including Texas markets and national industry/customer events

Preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, film, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio/experience)
  • Experience creating content for food, beverage, CPG, or lifestyle brands
  • Graphic design capability (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Motion graphics, animation, or studio/lighting experience
  • Experience producing bilingual or bicultural content at scale
