Job Summary

Own the day-to-day content engine for two brands across photo, video, and short-form formats, with end-to-end ownership of calendar, captions, posting, and community listening.

  • Content Ownership: plan, shoot, edit, and publish for two distinct restaurant brands, maintaining separate voices and asset libraries.
  • Platform & Metrics: manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and related channels; track engagement to optimize cadence and reach.
  • Rapid Execution: identify local trends and events, shoot during hospitality moments, and coordinate with brand teams for timely content and promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for both restaurants (food, drinks, atmosphere, events, staff, and behind-the-scenes moments).
  • Build and maintain a steady content calendar for each brand.
  • Write captions and short-form copy that match each brand's voice.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and community interaction across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms as they make sense.
  • Spot trends and local moments and act on them while they are still relevant.
  • Track engagement and reach data and adjust on your own.
  • Coordinate with each brand's team to capture new menu items, promotions, and events.
  • Film staff and guests the right way: staff appear on camera by consent, identifiable guests only with permission.
  • Work inside company-owned brand accounts, and keep an organized content library in HallPass-managed storage.
  • Everything you create in this role belongs to HallPass.

Requirements

  • demonstrated experience creating content for brands, businesses, or a strong personal following (a portfolio or links to your work are required)
  • A strong eye for photo and video plus hands-on editing skills, especially short-form video for Reels and TikTok
  • A genuine self-starter who can run both brands independently
  • Comfort juggling two distinct brand voices
  • Reliability, organization, and the ability to consistently hit a posting cadence
  • Flexibility to shoot when hospitality actually happens: evening service, weekends, and events are where the best content lives
  • Current on social platform trends
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • One thing to know before you apply: we hire on the work. If you can't share links to content you've made, even if it's just your own account you grew, this isn't the right fit yet.

Nice to have

  • graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • food or beverage styling and lighting experience
  • paid social or ad-creative experience
  • a background in hospitality or restaurants
