Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing materials for stakeholders, clients, and potential investors across multiple formats including presentations, print, video, and digital platforms.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, marketing decks, training materials, and written communications that clearly convey company messaging and objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify internal and external communication needs and develop supporting content and messaging.
• Produce training resources including presentation decks, documentation, and video content.
• Design and build sales presentations and investor materials, including researching data, creating graphics, and ensuring messaging aligns with company strategy.
• Manage and maintain company branding assets, including logos, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all materials.
• Create and edit video content, including scripting and coordinating AI-assisted video tools when applicable.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual appeal across all communication materials.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way.
• Experience creating visual communication materials, including presentations, graphics, one-pagers, and infographics.
• Experience with video creation and script writing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content or video tools (such as Synthesia or similar platforms).
• Ability to strategically leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, communication materials, and workflow efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with design platforms such as Canva or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving needs.
