Requirements

• Content creation and writing skills, social media, and marketing materials - especially reels
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content strategy
• Graphic design and basic multimedia editing skills
• Strong research and analytical skills for understanding target audiences and refining content strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytical tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of business development or marketing trends is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• Must be local to Leesburg VA and have a portfolio readily available
