Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend and support in-person content shoots across Tampa, FL
Capture high-quality photo and video content aligned with brand direction
Ability to capture content with iPhone and basic knowledge of camera equiptment
Execute shot lists while also identifying organic, real-time content opportunities
Assist with on-site direction to ensure strong visual output
Edit short-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, pacing, and current platform trends
Turn around edits efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality
Organize and manage content files across projects
Upbeat, self-directed, and confident leading content shoots independently

Requirements

Based in Tampa, FL and able to commute to in-person shoots
Experience in content creation (photo/video) and video editing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Suite platforms)
Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
