Responsibilities
- From idea to upload: Help plan weekly content around campaigns, projects, and key dates.
- Capture original photographs and video footage in different settings.
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Prepare images, captions, and digital content for social media platforms.
- Turn one idea into different formats for each channel and audience.
- Organize footage, photographs, drafts, and completed creative assets.
- Support behind-the-scenes coverage during shoots and creative projects.
- Review engagement results and use them to improve future content.
Requirements
- Experience may have been developed through personal social media, photography, video projects, freelance assignments, community work, or content created for a small organization.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative software is useful; expertise in every platform is not expected.
