Responsibilities:\n- Capture high-quality video and photo content on-location (farms, events, job sites, interviews, etc.)\n- Edit and produce engaging content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns\n- Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches that resonate with the agriculture audience\n- Optimize content based on platform algorithms and performance trends\n- Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams to align on campaigns and messaging\n- Stay ahead of content trends, editing styles, and platform updates\n- Assist in planning and executing content shoots (pre-production to final delivery)\n- Organize and manage content libraries and assets\n\nRequirements:\n- Must have knowledge of camera equipment and gear including lenses, audio, stabilization, etc.\n- Proven experience in content creation (videography, photography, and editing)\n- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)\n- Proficiency in editing software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)\n- Ability to shoot in dynamic, outdoor environments (ag fields, job sites, etc.)\n- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and composition\n- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team\n- Experience creating content that drives engagement, reach, and brand awareness\n- (Optional) Knowledge of color grading, sound design, or motion graphics is a plus\n- (Optional) Experience coordinating shoots with multiple stakeholders"
