Job Summary

Own and execute the end-to-end content lifecycle for TBBA interns, driving monthly shoots, weekly content pieces, timely social storytelling, and brand presence at events to engage Tampa Bay followers.

Content creation and shoots: manage monthly photo/video shoots and weekly posts aligned to the theme calendar.
Brand representation: participate in brand events and onboard trips to showcase TBBA culture.
Content strategy and playlists: craft trend-forward posts and curate trip playlists to maintain timely, engaging storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Shoot photos and videos on monthly content shoots and trips - Produce 1 content piece per week following our theme-based calendar (Scenic, Party, Sunset, etc.) - Attend the first Monday evening of each month for our dedicated content shoot - Create engaging, trend-forward posts that stay timely and relevant - Represent TBBA at occasional brand events - Curate playlists for onboard trips Requirements - Currently enrolled as a Freshman or Sophomore (required) - Fluent in current trends on Instagram (primary) and TikTok - Background in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or communications - Flexible schedule, as some trips and events fall on weekends - Genuine love for boats, the sun, social media, and a good time on the water - Education: High school or equivalent (Required) - Ability to Relocate: Tampa, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Benefits - Free monthly excursion: bring your friends, one free boating trip per month on us - $75 referral bonus for any referred trips - Employee discounts on all TBBA excursions - Strong recommendation letter from a well-connected local startup in the Greater Tampa Bay area - Real portfolio content seen by thousands of followers every week - $50 monthly performance bonus: top intern by Meta analytics each month earns a $50 thank-you
