Responsibilities

• Support Content Associates in client campaigns, including content design and edits
• Capture assets in person for clients: attend and film at rehearsals, concerts, and in-person shoots
• Work closely with and support the CEO and VP of Technology as needed
• Provide office and administrative support for the CEO as needed
• Participate in team meetings and creative reviews

Requirements

• Availability and willingness to travel to client sites for rehearsals, concerts, and in-person filming
• Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools (AI tools included)
• Must learn and follow ArtsRising's method and the 3Pillar framework™
• Strong interest in content creation and visual/media storytelling
• Reliability, initiative, and professional conduct consistent with ArtsRising's mission and values
• No marketing or nonprofit experience necessary
