- Cross-Functional Alignment: liaise between writers, designers, and marketing to keep projects on track and maintain quality.

- Proofread and quality-check all content before publishing
- Track content performance and compile monthly engagement reports
- Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems
Requirements
- High school diploma required; degree in communications or marketing preferred
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Comfortable using content management systems and scheduling tools
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior content coordination experience required — training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
