Job Summary

Own and coordinate the content workflow from calendar to publish, ensuring timely delivery, quality checks, and performance tracking across channels.

  • Content scheduling and calendar management across website, email, and social to align with campaigns.
  • Cross-functional liaison between writers, designers, and marketing to keep projects on track and published on time.
  • Quality checks and monthly engagement reporting to measure impact and maintain organized asset libraries.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate deadlines across creative teams
  • Publish and schedule content across website, email, and social platforms
  • Liaise between writers, designers, and marketing teams to keep projects on track
  • Proofread and quality-check all content before publishing
  • Track content performance and compile monthly engagement reports
  • Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; degree in communications or marketing preferred
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Comfortable using content management systems and scheduling tools
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • No prior content coordination experience required — training provided
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
