Drive on-site photoshoots and community events as a Content & Community Coordinator in San Diego, coordinating production, samples, and creator initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support photoshoot production from preparation through post-shoot wrap, including organizing samples, props, and wardrobe
  • Assist on set with styling, model coordination, and maintaining an efficient shoot environment
  • Coordinate apparel, accessories, and props to align with creative direction and shot lists
  • Support model casting, scheduling, and communication before and after shoots
  • Assist with content creator coordination, including product sends, timelines, and asset organization
  • Track, organize, and manage product samples across all brands for shoots, creators, and gifting
  • Pack and ship samples, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Support planning and execution of community events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance
  • Assist with VIP gifting and ambassador initiatives, including product pulls, packing, and tracking
  • Capture light behind-the-scenes content and support documentation for internal and external use

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or production support role (fashion/lifestyle experience a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in content production, events, and community building
