Responsibilities

• Content days: Join us for periodic content shoots (photo + video) — helping set up shots, keep us on schedule, capture behind-the-scenes footage, and keep the day running smoothly
• Canva design: Turn raw footage, quotes, and ideas into on-brand graphics and carousels for Instagram and Threads using our existing brand kit and templates
• Content posting & scheduling: Get approved content up on time across our accounts, formatted and captioned to spec
• Community management: Reply to comments and DMs in our voice, flag anything that needs a personal response, and help our online community (clients, followers, and program members) feel seen and engaged
• Light organization: Help keep our content calendar and asset library tidy so nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements

• A Tampa-based college student (or recent grad) who's genuinely online — you know what makes a post stop the scroll
• Comfortable in Canva (or willing to learn our templates fast)
• A strong, clean writer who can match a brand voice instead of sounding like a generic AI caption
• Reliable and detail-oriented — you show up when you say you will and don't let messages sit unanswered
• Interested in business, finance, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you what you need to know
• You're a self-starter and can bring content ideas
• Bonus: you run your own social accounts or have created content for a club, small business, or brand before
