Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Communications: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and distribute email communications, including promotions and newsletters (via Klaviyo)
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects both Crossroads Collective and Catholic Charities of Acadiana
• Capture photo and video content for products, events, and community storytelling
• Marketing & Advertising: Execute and support in-store promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
• Assist in planning and promoting sales and special events
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies that increase visibility and foot traffic
• Retail & Customer Experience: Provide excellent, welcoming customer service on the sales floor
• Assist with cashiering and product selection
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation (professional or personal).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools
• Retail, marketing, or communications experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for content creation
