How can you make an Impact?
The Content Architect for SIMnet supports the development of technically complex digital learning experiences by combining instructional design, structured content development, AI-enabled authoring, accessibility, and implementation knowledge. This is a highly independent individual contributor role that requires strong judgment and the ability to translate complex instructional goals into clear, build-ready specifications with minimal direction. The role helps define and maintain content standards, specifications, and workflows for content such as simulations, auto graded activities, and other interactive learning experiences. A key focus of the role is improving operational efficiency and speed to market for simulation storyboards, simulations, and simulated content development by creating clear, reusable, and implementation-ready practices for internal teams and vendor partners.

The pay range for this position is between $58,200 - $87,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
