As Conference Logistics & Communications Coordinator, you will help bring ministry events to life through strong planning, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeps moving parts organized, and stays steady when live events get busy. You will support conferences, mission trips, outreach efforts, and ministry communication while helping create a smooth experience for speakers, partners, volunteers, exhibitors, and attendees. Christ-centered non-profit focused on faith-driven outreach, education, and connection.
What You’ll Do

• Coordinate logistics for conferences, ministry events, mission trips, and outreach initiatives
• Support venue coordination, vendor scheduling, and technical event requirements
• Maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and preparation materials
• Assist with speaker schedules, itineraries, travel, and lodging arrangements
• Partner with the Director of Operations to support speaker needs during events
• Coordinate exhibitor logistics, contracts, billing support, and booth setup details
• Communicate event information and setup instructions to exhibitors and partners
• Serve as a central communication point for leadership, speakers, volunteers, and vendors during events
• Respond to attendee questions and manage ticketing, inbox, and phone communication
• Coordinate Bible mailings, maintain request records, and support follow-up communication
• Assist with weekly presentation slides and other ministry communication materials
• Support Community of Kindness Walks, ministry huddles, and related outreach logistics
• Assist with event setup, rehearsals, teardown, and on-site execution
• Track event materials, signage, giveaways, and registration-related tools
• Coordinate transportation and accommodations for speakers, staff, and guests
  

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination, executive support, event coordination, hospitality, or conference support
• Experience managing calendars, schedules, travel, and logistics for teams or events
• Experience handling customer service inquiries by phone and email
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and organized during live events
• Proficiency with standard office technology and communication tools
• Ability to lift and move materials or equipment up to 25 pounds when needed
  

It’s Great If You Have

• Event coordination or conference planning experience
• Administrative support or project coordination experience
• Experience with vendor coordination and logistics planning
• Experience using event registration systems or planning software
• Ministry or nonprofit experience
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences, outreach events, or mission-related activities
