Our clients have a number investment opportunities to choose from, including:• High Yield Fund II. This fund is for accredited investors with a minimum investment of $50K• Circle of Wealth Fund III. This fund is open to all investors, with a minimum initial contribution of $1K• Mortgage Notes. Our lending arm offers investors the opportunity to purchase whole notes on single properties, with the investor receiving interest payments on those loans.
