Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the leasing office, amenities, and tour paths.
  • Ensure sensory appeal — lighting, scent, music, and overall atmosphere — align with Gray Residential brand standards.
  • Prepare and maintain hospitality items such as beverages, snacks, seasonal décor, and welcome gifts.
  • Customize welcome signage and guest experiences for tours and move-ins.
  • Conduct regular walks of vacant units to confirm readiness, presentation, and move-in details.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host resident social events that reflect community interests and brand personality.
  • Identify and create opportunities for residents to connect (clubs, volunteer efforts, group activities).
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate off-site activities and partnerships with neighborhood businesses and organizations.
  • Capture and create lifestyle-focused content for social media, newsletters, and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, events, marketing, leasing, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; naturally warm and approachable.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and social media engagement.
  • Organized and adaptable — able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Weekend and evening availability for events or tours as needed.
