Job Summary
Own regional community relations and referral-building efforts, driving occupancy by partnering with hospitals, physicians, and care providers while shaping campaigns, tracking market activity, and sharing field-tested practices across the region.
- Grow and manage referral networks with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and CRM-driven reporting to support occupancy goals.
- Represent the organization at events and healthcare meetings to expand outreach and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
- Represent the community at events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report marketing activity, trends, and competitive insights using CRM tools.
- Share best practices and support other Community Relations Representatives across the region.
