Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare and community referral partners
• Visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, medical offices, adult family homes, and other community partners
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the Tri-Cities
• Follow up consistently with existing and prospective referral partners
• Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, community events, health fairs, and professional meetings
• Help coordinate educational and community outreach opportunities
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to help families connect with Senior Helpers services
• Track referral activity, leads, follow-up, and results
• Work closely with our office team to ensure new clients receive a smooth transition into services
• Assist with local marketing efforts and community awareness

• Are confident walking into a new organization and introducing yourself
• Are comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently
• Build relationships naturally and genuinely
• Are organized and able to manage multiple contacts and follow-ups
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Understand that successful marketing is about relationships, consistency, and follow-through
• Are comfortable being accountable for measurable goals and results
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have reliable transportation and are comfortable traveling locally throughout the Tri-Cities

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, senior care, home care, sales, business development, community outreach, or referral marketing is preferred but not required for the right person.
