Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow brand awareness, build community trust, and educate the public on mental health and healthcare resources.
  • Collaborate with regional operational leadership and marketing colleagues to develop and execute regional strategies.
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster relationships with regional leaders, team members, and community partners.
  • Represent the organization at events, including speaking engagements, professional conferences, or trade shows.
  • Oversee marketing relationships with external parties and contracts with strategic business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
  • 4 years of relevant marketing experience preferred.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to participate in some regional travel (approximately 25%) required.

  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
