Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs, events, and local initiatives
• Engage directly with community members to promote organizational programs and services
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site event support
• Prepare and distribute printed promotional materials within the community
• Respond to community questions, feedback, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational goals
• Maintain accurate records and reports of community engagement activities and event participation
