Job Summary

Coordinate and drive local fundraising campaigns across eastern Oklahoma, aligning partners, logistics, and communications to maximize impact and keep campaigns visible in the community and with Feeding America programs.

  • Campaign Leadership: Build and sustain partner relationships, campaign leaders, corporate supporters, and volunteers for ongoing engagement.
  • Operations & Tracking: Plan campaigns, manage timelines, produce materials, and track dollars raised, pounds collected, and participation.
  • Representation & Outreach: Represent the Food Bank at events, lead craft and execution of cause-marketing efforts, and coordinate with internal teams for visibility and results.

Job Description

Responsibilities and relationships drive local fundraising campaigns, coordinating logistics, materials, and communications to maximize donations and engagement while representing the Food Bank in community and national partnerships.

  • Coordinate and manage community food and fund drive campaigns across eastern Oklahoma involving businesses, schools, churches, civic groups, and community organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local campaigns and for Feeding America-coordinated national giving initiatives, including retail, workplace, and cause marketing campaigns.
  • Develop campaign plans, timelines, materials, toolkits, promotional resources, and communication strategies to support successful implementation.
  • Build, maintain, and steward relationships with community partners, campaign leaders, corporate supporters, and volunteers, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Track and report campaign performance including dollars raised, pounds collected, participation levels, volunteer engagement, and overall impact.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics including collections, pickups, materials distribution, recognition efforts, and related activities.
  • Collaborate with development, marketing, volunteer, and operations teams to maximize campaign visibility, engagement, and results.
  • Represent the Food Bank at community events, presentations, campaign kickoffs, volunteer activities, and partner meetings.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records, reporting, and documentation while supporting performance tracking, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Support special events, seasonal initiatives, emergency response efforts, and other community engagement activities, including occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus, but not required.
